Welcome to Disciple Hub

Disciple Hub is HTLOT’s online learning platform dedicated to providing discipleship training for pastors and leaders. Launched in the fall of 2019 in a conference room in Tororo, Uganda, with just 40 pastors, the initiative has now expanded to weekly classes both online and in person across Uganda and Kenya, reaching around 653 students a week.

Disciple Hub Jinja has grown since from Zoom sessions online, to in-person leadership sessions coupled by outreaches, to becoming a thriving community of young believers doing life together.
We have continued to witness growth in numbers and our prayer has always been in keeping up with the growth at the same time ensuring quality discipleship.
We have community outreaches and mobile stations done in weekly sequences, and meet ups done at the DH Resource Center. With the center, we able to provide both discipleship and empowerment for the youth through practical and vocational sessions. The center offers unlimited internet to facilitate study and research in all spheres of life.

MEET THE DH JINJA LEADER

HOLINESS KIBUMBA

Holiness is the Team Leader of the Disciple Hub Jinja coordinating the in-person classes and is also currently in charge of overseeing the DH Resource Center in Jinja.

He is married Shipha and father to Splendor. He is a Pastor, IT personnel, Youth champion.

DH Mega Sports Fest 2024

The sports evangelism is a mega tool that we utilize every quarter of the year to promote bonding and also share the good news with the community culminating into the Annual Mega Sports Fest at the end of each year. We have a variety of games and competitions from soccer, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, races, and team building drills all day. We anticipate an attendance of atleast 3,000 youths in this year’s event after a successful launch last year. The core goal is to promote unity and synergy in the church body through sports and corporate fellowship. Encouraging sportsmanship in church builds relationships, discipline and health for the members involved.

We have DH stations in Bidi Bidi, Tororo, Kampala, Fort Portal, and Jinja and these help equip community members to understand the Bible and grow strong in the Word of God within a discipleship-focused environment. The classes have a profound impact on the spiritual lives and knowledge of those who attend.
