Background
Smile Africa is a day center and medical assistance center located in Tororo, Uganda. The ministry outreach was established and is currently operated by Ugandan Pastor, Ruth Kahawa.
The day center hosts over 360 of Uganda’s poorest children from the Karomojong tribe. Smile provides daily meals, medical assistance, and early education. The center is operated with a staff of 33 workers.
Smile offers assistance and training to ladies and widows. Through extended training programs, they teach women how to generate income through crafts, sewing, and vegetable growing.

To lovingly operate a family-model residential children’s home for displaced, orphaned, and vulnerable children by providing a Safe, Stable Christian environment that encourages restoration, education, and enrichment of talents.r
